TSSA regulated operators can transfer the ownership of a licensed facility to an entity, corporation or individual. Licenses are not transferable and the onus to apply for a new license will fall on the new owner.
Owners of multiple devices within our regulated industries are required to submit all of the applicable change of ownership forms.

If you are submitting a request to change the ownership to operate any pressure-retaining component within the province of Ontario, you will be required to submit one of the following application forms with your submission:

In the event of a change of ownership of a registered plant, the new owner will need to re-register the plant. Please fill out the Application for Certificate of Registration of a Plant.
- Elevating Devices and Ski-Lifts
